Monitor grades and attendance through Infinite Campus and contact teachers when grades are low. Teachers may be contact via email or phone. You may ask for a conference, if necessary.
Require your student to attend the free tutorial sessions offered on campus until grades improve. Tutorials are available in the morning and in the afternoon.
Provide a quiet place to study and help your student establish a consistent routine for homework completion. Ensure your student has the necessary school supplies. Contact the Guidance Department if you have difficulty providing materials.
Encourage your student to become involved on campus by participating in clubs and athletics. Check the Granite Hills calendar often to see what activities are taking place on campus.
Check the Guidance website often to learn about scholarship opportunities, college and career panning and graduation requirements.
Contract your child's counselor when academic, social or emotional support is needed.
