About
Granite Hills High School Library
Hours:  7am – 3:30pm
Monday through Friday

The Granite Hills library boasts a print collection of approximately 40,000 volumes. Students are able to check out up to five books at a time. Books have a two week circulation period; late fines of .10 per book, per day are assessed after two weeks.  Students can search titles from this collection from home via our district website: www.guhsd.net.  Students can also view numerous on-line sources at this site, including: e-library, CQ Researcher, Facts.com, Worldbook On-line, Coin3 (College and Career research), as well as others.  To search from home, go to district website, click on STUDENTS, find RESEARCH AND LEARNING.  Students will be asked for a username and password.  The username is “Grossmontu” and the password is “welcome.”

Students can use the library and TRC (Technology Resource Center) without a pass from their teachers before school, during nutrition break, at lunch, and after school.
