Granite Hills has a long tradition of baseball excellence.  Eagles regularly go on to play in the NCAA, in the Minor Leagues, and in Major League Baseball.  Granite Hills won the CIF San Diego Section championship title in 1977, 1994, 1998, and 2007.

Eagles who have played or coached in the Major Leagues include Shane Spencer, Tom Fordham, John Barnes, Marcus Giles, Brian Giles, Brian Graham.
