Fall Tryout Schedule 2011

Fall tryout schedule for athletics is complete.  Click the link above to learn where and when tryouts are for cross country, field hockey, football, girls' golf, girls' tennis, girls' volleyball, boys' water polo. All athletes must complete a clearance packet BEFORE trying out or working out with a team.  This includes a physical examination. Stop by the AP office for a packet or download forms from main athletic page. Go Eagles!

We are excited to announce this year's football schedule.  The 2011 season looks to be exciting as we build upon our CIF playoff appearance last year.  Come out and support Eagle Football.

Granite Hills alumnus, Tommy Vardell, was seclected as one of the top 50 athletes in the first 50 years of the San Diego Section CIF (the county's governing body for intershcolastic athletics). A distinguished media panel representing every decade of high school competition reviewed the nominations and selected the top 50. After competing at Granite Hills, Vardell earned the nickmame, "Touchdown Tommy" at Stanford University. Not only was Tommy a great athlete, he was an excellent student and embodied character. We are proud to have him represent the Eagles on this distinguished list. Congratulations, Tommy!
