Granite Hills senior, Robbie Mills, was named the All-Academic Team Captain for Boys' Water Polo in the December 23rd edition of the San Diego Union-Tribune. Other captains were named in Girls' cross country, Boys' cross country, Girls' Tennis, Girls' volleyball, football, field hockey and Girls' golf. Robbie ranks first academically in his class; his coaches and school Administration recently awarded him a sportsmanship award for his character. Coach Rhett Gaeir considers himself lucky to coach a kid of Robbie's caliber. He has applied to Stanford, Harvard and USC. His sister, a Granite Hills graduate, attends Harvard University.
